Sharp have done their part for this year’s Ceatec. With the revelation of the NetWalker, Sharp is ready for getting into notebook market and facing the competition. The Sharp NetWalker notebook comes in as a smaller-than-usual notebook with a 5 inch touchscreen, Ubuntu OS, USB, WiFi, 4 GB memory, microSD expansion and a battery that has enough power to last 10 hours.

The Sharp NetWalker is set to be labeled at price of $500 and will be expected in Japan by the end of October.

Latitude D420 New Dell Notebook

Dell Latitude D420 is 3.0 pounds notebook which features an Intel Core Solo ULV U1300 (1.06-GHz) or Core Duo processor, 512 MB DDR2-533 RAM, 30 GB hard drive, and a clear 12.1-inch widescreen monitor. On the outer side Latitude D420 notebook has three USB 2.0 ports, FireWire port, 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi, an SD memory card and a biometric fingerprint reader.
