The touchscreen Nokia mobile phone gets larger and the Nokia N97 mini is surely one of the most interesting new recruits. The Finnish company has obviously reconsidered its priories and now focuses on optimization, rather than expansion with its flagships.

Verizon Unveils LG Chocolate Touch

Verizon Wireless has recently unveiled the LG Chocolate Touch mobile phone that has a touchscreen LCD display, a 3.2 MP camera with built in digital zoom and a range of software editing features. The mobile phone adopts an FM radio with 12 presets and has an access to a range of world’s favorite social networking sites including Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. The LG Chocolate Touch cell phone is available for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract on a Nationwide Calling Plan.

Verizon Wireless releases the highly anticipated Motorola Droid this November 6th, 2009 for $199 with a new two-year activation plan or voice plan after a $100 mail-in rebate. FYI, the Motorola smartphone features a Cortex A8 processor with a 16 GB of memory, a 3.7-inch LCD display, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, a slide out QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, and Google Android 2.0 OS.
